Kia Orana Members,
On the 30th of June 2015 the CINSF Board of Directors in conjunction with the CINSF Trustee the Public Trust, approved changes to the CINSF Trust Deed to enable the launching of the new members options for investment. The new investment options available to members from 1 July 2015 are the Conservative (default) Fund, the Balanced Fund, and the Growth Fund.
Attached below is the new CINSF Trust Deed for members to view or download. A summary of the changes will be explained to members at the Members General Meeting to be held on 20 October 2015.
