Trustee

The Trustee is responsible for ensuring that all the provisions in the Trust Deed are followed and that members’ rights are protected. The Trustee is very important, as it is required by law to always act in the interest of the members of the Fund.

The CINSF Board of Directors have appointed the Public Trust of New Zealand as Trustee of the Cook Islands National Superannuation Fund.

Public Trust is a Crown Entity whose independence is guaranteed under the Public Trust Act 2001.
